They are professional and came out within 30 minutes to service my palce of businees. I haven't seen anything creeping, crawling or flying around my house since BPS started servicing my house a few years ago. In addition, their technician, BRAD, has been to my home several times and he is consistently punctual, thorough, and friendly. He answers all questions and offers sage advice.
