They are professional and came out within 30 minutes to service my palce of businees. The only service I wanted was the initial treatment, without my knowledge they showed up for a follow-up inspection and charged me $159 for a service I didn't want. Today I get a phone call about them coming on 6/16, I don’t want this service and please remove the $159 charge as it was unsolicited.

Beach Pest Service recently starting servicing our new home and the service has been fantastic. Tyler is extremely professional and helpful and has been able to accommodate my crazy schedule. Brad was also great to work with. He was able to help with any questions or concerns the family had regarding the chemicals used, critters that we've been seeing occasionally and he took his time.
